• CFS is working with a leader in the service industry to identify a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting department.
• Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will lead all accounting activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the accounting department.
• Act as a vital part of the leadership team and ensure continued growth and stability!
  
  

Overview Of The Controller Role

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
• Oversee monthly and yearly close, financial reporting, and and audits
• Prepare cash flow analysis, financial statements, and budgets
• Maintain fixed assets and the General Ledger
• Implement and improve all accounting processes and procedures and internal controls
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA preferred
• Minimum six years of senior-level accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Dynamics or another major ERP system
  
  

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Warsaw, IN.

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
