Job Summary/Company:

Reporting to the CFO, as controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, with a primary focus on accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial information and supports strategic decision-making by providing insights and analysis. The Controller will work closely with the CFO, FP&A, and country finance teams to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• International accounting consolidation experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Big 4 audit experience, internal control experience, or internal audit experience is required.
• Experience in supporting ERP configuration, upgrades, or implementations.
• Experience in the sporting goods or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Leadership potential with the ability to build and manage a team in the future.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
