Now we are seeking a Controller to join our high energy team and serve as a key financial partner to the CFO and President. You will lead financial strategy and execution across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the CFO, the Controller will serve as a key financial leader within the organization. This hands-on role is responsible for full-cycle accounting, monthly financial reporting, payroll, commissions, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll lead process improvements, oversee compensation analytics, and help design scalable financial infrastructure to support our growing global footprint.


You’ll manage and mentor both onshore and offshore accounting staff, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and HR. The right candidate will bring both a sharp analytical mindset and a people-first leadership approach, someone who can move between the details and the big picture with ease.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in financial management, with an increasing level of responsibility throughout
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Requires independent judgement
  • Requires complex analysis and understanding of different pay plans
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
