We're Hiring: Controller

📍 Location: [Milwaukee, WI] | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $110,000–$120,000/year + Annual Bonus

Are you a financial leader with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration? We're looking for an experienced Controller to join our team and lead our Accounting Department.

This role is key to ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting both Payroll and HR functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with everyone from production staff to executives—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead month-end and year-end close processes

✔ Prepare internal financial statements and reports

✔ Manage payroll (ADP), 401(k) audits, and cash flow

✔ Maintain AR/AP oversight and tax filings

✔ Improve ERP (Kinetic) processes and train users

✔ Handle HR tasks including hiring, onboarding, and open enrollment

✔ Serve as the main contact for audits and financial reviews

What You Bring:

✅ Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred)

✅ 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

✅ Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge (Epicor/Kinetic a plus)

✅ HR experience and attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
