Role and responsibilities

• To process Accounts Payable for the Jefferies GmbH (incl. branches)
• To support the production of month end Balance Sheet and Income Statement with analytical review and commentary for material month-on-month (and quarter-on-quarter) movements (for GmbH and its branches)
• To support the management of outsourced functions of Jefferies GmbH
• To support following audits:
• year-end audits
• securities trading act (WPHG) audits
• internal audit (for JEG and branches)

Requirements

• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Fluent English, German language skills would be beneficial but not mandatory
• Self-motivated with ability to deal with multiple commitments / deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
  
  

Location of work

This role is based in Milan or Rome and will be office based or flexible working with a blend of home and office, subject to Jefferies operational requirements
