Description Growing privately held Consulting Company with 50+ year history and leader in their industry located North of Boston is looking for a Controller to join the leadership team. The Controller will report directly into the President and manage a small staff. This role will have complete ownership of all financial reporting, transactional accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, order entry and human resources and payroll functions. Other duties include cash management/reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, tax and insurance reporting and point person dealing with outside CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company built out for expansion in a "hands on" leadership role. Experience working in a small company environment required, previous experience with human resources duties preferred. Deltek and advanced Excel knowledge is highly desired.
