Primary responsibilities of the Controller role:

• Oversee all accounting functions and groups for US operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Oversee cash management and treasury functions
• Implement any new accounting policies and procedures to improve the department
• Lead system implementations and upgrades
• Provide mentoring, development and training to all accounting personnel

Primary qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or other related field
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, shared services or other related industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP experience
