Our Privately owned Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client is seeking a well-qualified Controller to bring Accounting and Finance operations in house and hire an entire team underneath them in the Houston area.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Finance and Accounting leader who wants to hand pick their team and work with a high performing company poised for tremendous growth.

In addition to a highly competitive salary of $250k plus bonus, this is a hybrid role that can be worked from home up to 3 days per week.

The Controller will be responsible for:

• Hiring and supervision of a 4-5 person Accounting and Finance team
• Bringing Accounting and Finance departments in house
• Implementing a new ERP system
• Financial Reporting
• Advising Management on appropriate financial strategies and spot deficiencies
• Establish internal controls and procedures

The Controller will be well-compensated:

• Salary up to $250k
• 30% Annual Bonus Target
• Additional Equity (Exact Value is TBD)
• Hybrid Position - 3 Days Work From Home

The ideal Controller candidate for this position will possess:

• Background in Public Accounting Required
• 15+ years of experience
• CPA Required
• Manufacturing/Distribution/Fulfillment Industry experience highly preferred
• ERP Implementation Experience Required
