Accountants One is working with a Technology Company looking for their next Controller. This person will work closely with the CFO and feel like they are part of a team. The company continues to grow year after year. They offer a hybrid work schedule. This is a very hands-on Controller who will be involved with all aspects of accounting.

The Controller will handle the following:

• Supervise the global accounting team – develop and mentor
• Handle all month-end close processes, quarterly, and year-end close, along with financial reports
• Will be involved with managing and improving financial reports
• Cash flow reports and cash forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis
• Staying in compliance with GAAP and IFRS
• Work with outside CPA firms
• And other tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or business
• CPA is highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• A blend of public accounting (audit) and industry would be a +
• MUST have Technology/SAAS industry experience to be considered for the role/international company experience
• Must have foreign currency experience and strong GAAP
• Strong ERP systems and reporting tools
• Revenue Recognition experience is highly preferred
• The ability to work in a collaborative environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
