Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Direct the preparation and completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, processes, and internal controls to support accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Lead financial systems implementation and improvements to optimize operational efficiency and data integrity.
Manage annual audit processes, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
Support strategic initiatives through financial negotiations and oversight of vendor and partner relationships.
Approve transactional accounting activities based on a defined approval matrix.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, and compensation planning in partnership with department leaders and HR.
Coordinate with external tax advisors on all tax-related reporting.
Oversee accounting and reporting across multiple legal entities, including post-acquisition integrations.
Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and support HR in payroll administration.
Oversee the annual insurance renewal process in coordination with external brokers.
