Summary

As the Controller your duties will include:

  • Leading AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger teams
  • Streamlining month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
  • Overseeing all financial reporting and analysis
  • Job costing and ensuring accurate WIP
  • Designing operational reports for department heads and presenting financial data in actionable ways
  • Preparing the annual budget and forecasts
  • Supporting M&A due diligence for buy-side transactions


You are the right person if you have:


  • Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years of construction accounting experience, in particular with job costing and percentage of completion accounting
  • Experience with M&A transactions and post-merger integrations
