Peerless Search has been retained by an amazing middle-market client who is well known industry leader. They are seeking a Controller to lead and optimize the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic oversight. This role will be responsible for financial statement reporting, treasury (cash) management, annual budgeting, internal accounting processes and controls, and financial analysis, while overseeing the team. The Controller will work closely with executive leadership and internal, external financial partners to enhance financial performance, support business growth, and maintain strong governance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA Preferred
• At least 3 years of Mgmt Experience
• Experience with GAAP, Financial Statements, and Internal Controls
• Comfortable Working 5 days in Office in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Systems Implementation Experience is a Major Plus
