Job Description:

As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, providing strategic insights to support decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in the financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of cost accounting, including cost analysis, cost control, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
