Duties: * Financial management - Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting * Budgeting and Forecasting - Develop and manage the organization's annual budget, working with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals * Audit Coordination - Coordinate the annual audit process ensuring timely completion of audit requirements * Tax Compliance - Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations * Accounts Payable and other expense tracking - Oversee accounts payable and the organizations accounting system* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus * Significant experience in a Non-Profit or Tax-Exempt organization as an accounting manager including financial management, budgeting, reporting and compliance * Supervisory experience required * Software proficiency with accounting systems, Microsoft Dynamics and Excel * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
