About This Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, leading project members during installation, start-up, and commissioning, and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). You will also read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams, and exhibit a full understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications. Additionally, you will provide technical reviews, perform intermediate control system design, and understand IT systems and network infrastructure as they relate to control system integration.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Typically, 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record with 2+ years as a Lead Control Systems Engineer or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to lead and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams
  • Full understanding of HMI and PLC applications
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Initiative and decisiveness in decision-making
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and promote a positive team culture
  • Able to travel in the US
