Job Summary

Leading R&D and Manufacturing company within the Greater Concord MA area is in search of a Control Systems Engineer. We are seeking candidates that have a background in biopharmaceuticals with at least 10 years of experience within Automation Commissioning Testing. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in Chemical, Computer Systems or Electrical. The primary focus for this position will be within Process Automation and Computer System Validation. Experience with commissioning, control system qualification, and emerson delta V is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer guidance documentation to describe the workflow and provide direction for testing objectives
• Source software to identify defects to be corrected or removed prior to operational use
• Actively work to reduce the failures that might affect patient safety, product quality, or data integrity
• Demonstrate updates and changes to meet requirements
• Providing evidence that the system is fit for its intended use
• Offering a basis for user acceptance
• Ensuring that risk management controls are effective
• Guidance should be provided for the following workflow stages
• Test Planning/Coverage
• Test Management Processes
• Test Cases
• Use Kneat software
• Standard tests for common automation change tasks
• Test Execution
• Reviewing and Reporting of completed tests
• Develop necessary templates where applicable (i.e. Planning, test cases and final reports)
