We’re looking for a passionate Control Systems Engineer to lead the modeling, simulation, and development of control algorithms for MR-based automotive suspension systems. You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including embedded, vehicle dynamics, and sensor integration engineers to create world-class ride control systems.

• Design and simulate advanced control algorithms (PID, LQR, MPC, adaptive control) for MR dampers.
• Develop and validate vehicle suspension models (quarter car, half car) using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Translate control logic into real-time systems in collaboration with embedded teams.
• Analyze vehicle ride & handling performance under various test conditions.
• Support test bench and on-vehicle validation using HIL/SIL or dSPACE environments.
• Document model performance, tuning strategies, and calibration procedures.

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical with control specialization, or EEE.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in control systems design and modeling.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, Control System Toolbox.
• Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, suspension theory, and real-time systems.
• Exposure to Embedded Coder, dSPACE, or Simulink Real-Time is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with MR fluid systems or semi-active suspension technology.
• Experience working on automotive ECUs, CAN communication, or ISO 26262 compliance.
