What Are You Going To Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing control systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and challenges related to control systems.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on control system design, configuration, and implementation to enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement control system strategies and solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of Dukhan and Mesaieed Operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in control systems, assessing their potential applicability and benefits to the organization.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members to enhance their understanding of control system concepts and best practices.
Support the procurement process for control system projects, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and project management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control system solutions with existing infrastructure and processes.
Monitor and evaluate control system performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain optimal functionality.
Document methodologies, recommendations, and project outcomes, providing detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Essential Skills And Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) is preferred.
Proven experience in control system consultancy roles, with a focus on providing expert advice and solutions.
In-depth knowledge of control system principles, practices, and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in control system consultancy roles.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering control system projects and initiatives.
Experience working with a diverse range of control system platforms and technologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in control system design and implementation.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel as needed for on-site consultations.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
