Job Summary

The Contracts Manager provides support through the contract life-cycle, from contract generation to facilitating internal review of contracts during the negotiation stage, to housing of completed contracts. This role is responsible for collecting contract approvals, verifying documentation, processing & verifying placements, and modifying contracts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitates contracts through negotiations, modifications, extensions and renewals, including preparation, submission, and recording.
  • Creates contract terms for client and internal Legal team examination in master service agreements.
  • Highlights specific contract components where AMN can improve contract terms by closely monitoring agreement language to increase client-by-client profitability and reduce liability exposure.
  • Obtains approvals from senior and executive leaders.
  • Organizes and prioritizes new contracts, renewals, addendums, and amendments to ensure timely processing and completion of assigned activities.
  • Works with management and team members to identify information gaps and establish more efficient workflow processes for contracting.
  • Develops, coordinates, and facilitates training programs for contract compliance across business units.
  • Demonstrates ability to handle sophisticated issues while maintaining a flexible, collaborative demeanor and adapts to meet periodic changes in departmental needs.
  • Drafts and implements Contracting policies across business units as needed.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of all communication with clients and customers in a centralized system.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience


Additional Experience

  • Experience working with Master Service Agreements, Addendums, and Purchase Orders
  • Large ($5M+ annual) Contracts experience
  • Project management experience
  • Broad contract experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience supporting sales team members



Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$74,500 - $88,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
