CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community. As a Contracts Manager you will track all contractual agreements between the organization and providers, payers, and other partners. Some of the Functions Include: * Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, amendments and renewal notices in the Compliatric system. * Ensure contracts and amendments comply with legal and regulatory requirements. * Create and revise policies and procedures as needed to ensure CFCE is following state and federals regulations * Manage and maintain the Compliatric database system to ensure accountability with internal processes * Review contract terms and expected outcomes with program heads and staff. * Collaborate with the program heads, program staff, and the QA/QI Specialist to develop a process for tracking contractual requirements to validate compliance and prepare analytical reports. * Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure that accounts receivable and accounts payable are compliant with contractual terms. * Monitor and communicate all contract breaches and develop a response plan. * Provide support to internal staff on contract-related matters * Report all contractual issues to supervisor and CEO. Minimum Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, law, business, law, finance, or a related area * A minimum of five-year experience contract management, healthcare, social services, or a related field. * Strong organizational skill for managing and tracking contracts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting contract terms.
