Responsibilities:

• Ensure contract compliance;
• Assist to check/prepare Conditions Precedent (CPs) and Conditions Subsequent (CSs) and ensure that delivery of aircraft takes place in compliance with agreements. (e.g. delivery documents such as AWA, EWA and etc.);
• Assist to prepare documents (e.g. NDA, service agreements to aircraft SPA, engine assignments and etc.);
• Liaise with different departments (e.g. Marketing, Engineering, Company Secretary) and external local counsel and corporate services providers (Irish/Dutch/Labuan) to ensure the complete execution of LOI/lease agreement/amendment agreements to aircraft SPA and etc.;
• Liaise with corporate services provident handle the local SPVs administrative issues (e.g. account opening, licenses application and open new SPVs);
• Assist to handle ad-hoc legal projects such as novation and termination to agreements;
• Assist to handle invoices (OA system) (e.g. legal invoices, fuel invoices and RVI premium settlement);
• Assist to file transaction documents (for each aircraft delivery) (DMS system upload / iCALC);
• Collaborate and response to teams across different time zones; and
• Perform ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.

Requirements:

• LLB in Law degree (exceptionally, relevant aviation leasing experience will also be considered);
• 3-5 years of prior corporate and/or commercial contract experience; preferably in asset management /aircraft leasing and financing industry;
• Understand the impact document terms have on various business areas;
• Knowledge of document management systems;
• Extraordinary attention to details and quality of final product;
• Able to excel in fast paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients;
• English at a very high level in writing as well as orally. Mandarin fluency would be a plus but is not a must; and
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
