As a Contracts Manager, you'll wear many hats: negotiator, market analyst, relationship builder, and strategic thinker. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting and onboarding new hotel partners, conducting frequent contracting trips, analyzing pricing trends, and ensuring operational excellence across your supplier base. Your work will directly influence WebBeds' competitiveness and success in one of the most beloved regions in the U.S. travel market.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for sourcing new hotel partners, renewing and strengthening existing agreements, and ensuring our supplier base meets WebBeds' commercial goals and quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with the Regional Director to shape the contracting strategy and deliver business results in line with budget and market trends.
Key Responsibilities.
* Source and contract new hotel providers, while account-managing and growing relationships with existing partners.
* Negotiate rates and terms in line with company strategy to optimize revenue, margin, and product availability.
* Conduct regular business trips across your territory to secure deals and resolve supplier-related issues.
* Identify and act on new business opportunities within the Arizona and National Parks travel corridor.
* Lead contract renewals and ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and completeness of product data.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product strategy.
* Develop and execute a territory-specific contracting plan in coordination with the Regional Director.
* Drive incremental revenue through strategic sourcing and tactical deal-making.
* Work cross-functionally with finance, yield, operations, and key account teams to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of supplier contracts.
* Maintain accurate data entry and ensure all contracts are properly reflected in company systems.
* Represent WebBeds at industry trade shows, networking events, and destination workshops as needed.

* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in hotel contracting, ideally within Arizona and/or the National Parks region.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Previous experience in tourism or hospitality sourcing and account management.
* Deep commercial understanding and strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, independent, and commercially astute.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and contract lifecycle software.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
