LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a healthcare company based in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This position is fully remote. Active New Jersey license required.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, redlining, and negotiating IT agreements, including but not limited to MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Prioritizing IT projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent IT contracts experience including vendor contracts
• Active New Jersey license in good standing
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely Organized
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $85 and $110/hour depending on experience.
