Description

Highbury Defense Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Contracts Analyst will provide professional support to contract managers and officers in all phases of the acquisition and contract lifecycle.

Duties

  • Deliver client-centric support throughout the entire contracting lifecycle, including pre-award acquisition planning, source selection assistance, and post-award contract management (e.g., CDRL oversight, PMR evaluations, and tracking of requirements).
  • Prepare and review procurement request (PR) packages, such as Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Justifications and Approvals (J&As), Determinations and Findings (D&Fs), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), ensuring they meet regulatory, procedural, and administrative standards for completeness and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on alternative contracting strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address programmatic contracting needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-award and post-award contract management within NAVWAR/PEO C4I
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks, FAR, and DFARS
  • Familiarity with NAVWAR's organization, mission, and program requirements, including recent experience supporting NAVWAR PMW processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight to deliver high-quality results, including collaboration with cross-functional teams, Government, and Contractors
  • Strong teamwork, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proactively address client contracting needs.

Salary Range

  • $100,000-130,000 per year*
