Summary

Bid Coordinator/Contracts Administrator

Required or Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a management support role. Construction environment experience a plus but not required.
  • Subcontracts & Contracts Management
  • Requesting, Tracking and Verifying Bonding and Insurance Requirements
  • Estimating Coordination amongst various PM/Estimators
  • Excellent computer skills and thorough understanding of various Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function in a high-pace environment and outstanding organizational ability required.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work product critical for success. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and/or training related to duties a plus.

The Contracts Administrator will be an integral part of our estimating and project management teams and will be responsible for a variety of technical and administrative duties to support our managerial staff. Pay range between $25-30 per hour depending upon experience.
