We provide: * Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 * Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs * Family-focused benefits * Wellness incentives * Ongoing mentorship, development, and leadership programs * And more Work Location: Atlanta, GA Description * Assesses, analyzes, and negotiates payer contracts for all hospital and professional entities within Emory Healthcare (EHC). * Manages information for loading and maintaining payer contracts in EHC decision support systems. * Implements new contracts, amendments, and business process modifications. * Utilizes Emory Healthcare's decision support systems and other tools to perform financial analysis of hospital, physician and ancillary rates and other ad hoc financial analysis. * Serves as managed care liaison for assigned Emory Healthcare operational areas and contracted organizations. * Manages relationships with assigned managed care organizations including monitoring contract performance, compliance and maintenance. * Resolves operational issues to maximize contract performance/revenue. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * A bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field. * Master's degree preferred. * Three of healthcare experience, preferably in managed care. * Knowledge of various personal computer software packages including word processing, spreadsheet and/or database management applications.
