Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in contract management, contracting operations, or procurement roles, including demonstrable experience in overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
3 years of in legal and regulatory requirements relevant to contract management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Business administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Business laws or related field.
Experience of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management, ensuring compliance with these requirements throughout the contract life-cycle.
Experience with industry best practices and emerging trends in contract management, and ability to implement these practices to optimize contracting processes.
Knowledge of using contract management software and AI tools to streamline and automate contract management processes.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive performance improvements in outsourced operations.
About The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for providing scaled operations support to Google-wide sourcing, supplier, and contract management.
Responsibilities
Finalize supplier lists, develop and issue (e.g., Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Bid (RFB), etc.), participate in eAuction/eBidding, conduct discussions, award suppliers, and close-out projects.
Consolidate, curate and draw insight from data to support supplier management activities, including defining supplier performance criteria and procedure, executing expectations, monitoring performance data and identifying performance issues, conducting business review, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement.
Manage and ensure efficiency in process optimization, emphasizing quality across Sourcing and Delivery.
