The Role
This is a 18 Month FTC to lead the management and delivery of the Genesis tender. The tender is the delivery of the largest contract in Cornerstone to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across circa 17,000 sites.
The role will be the primary point for leading the overall management of the tender and transition of Genesis and report on the status and delivery plan of the project
Own and lead Genesis's delivery plan and ensure the smooth tendering of the supplier and the transition of a new supplier or updated contract terms with an existing supplier.
Define and lead on recommendations, resolve complex contractual issues, and ensure the timely delivery of Genesis.
Ensure the transition of the contract is smoothly mobilised, and the mobilisation of the new contract and supplier delivery is supported by all required processes and information.
