Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 18:00pm
Job Duties:
Perform general administrative and reception duties in a professional manner
Greet and serve visitors and guests
Arrange meeting room bookings and equipment set up
Provide support in General Office providing assistance and support when necessary
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year working experience
Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, punctual, pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibilities
Good knowledge of MS office, both Chinese and English typing
Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
Fresh graduate will be also considered
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
