We are seeking a Mortgage Processor - HARD MONEY to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate commercial loans. Responsibilities: Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods Guide customers through the loan application process File loan applications and supporting documents Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them Qualifications: Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields Familiarity with financial and lending practices Ability to build rapport with clients Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Bronx, NY 10455: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
