This role is ideally suited for an engineer proficient in Python and standard machine learning libraries (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and YOLO), complemented by solid experience in React, Node.js, Next.js, Remix.run, and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for object detection tasks using Python and standard libraries, including YOLO.
• Build robust backend scripting, data manipulation, analysis pipelines, and predictive models.
• Develop and maintain performant full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Next.js, Remix.run, and TypeScript.
• Design and integrate APIs that efficiently facilitate client-server and model-server interactions.
• Optimize web application performance through advanced techniques, including caching, lazy loading, and asset optimization.
• Manage Docker containerization for streamlined ML model deployment and continuous integration.
• Deploy applications and ML services on Netlify, Vercel, or cloud platforms, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Create responsive, consistent UI components utilizing Tailwind CSS and ShadCN.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment between technical implementations and strategic business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, documented code and actively participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with machine learning in Python, specifically using libraries such as YOLO, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience developing full-stack applications with React, Node.js, Next.js, Remix.run, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven capability in performance optimization techniques for both web applications and ML models.
• Practical experience with Docker containerization and deploying applications on platforms like Netlify, Vercel, or similar cloud services.
• Expertise in building and integrating APIs and services with machine learning backends.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills, comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced computer vision applications, specifically using YOLO for object detection.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful API designs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps best practices.
• A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning.
