About the Role: As a pivotal member of our site management team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that quality, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. Your expertise will drive successful project outcomes and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of large and/or multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Team Performance: Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Senior Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors, driving performance across project teams. Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Manager to align project goals with organizational objectives. Quality Assurance: Approve materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Resolve design or installation challenges while meeting required specifications. Safety Promotion: Champion a culture of safety and quality across all project activities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing high-value infrastructure projects. Education: Level 8 qualification in Engineering or equivalent. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to motivate teams and deliver results. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint) and skilled in digital and visual presentations.
