Job Description :

This position is for a Wireline Network Agreement Negotiator . The role involves autonomously managing the full lifecycle of wireline agreements (from inception to maintenance) to secure access to rights of way.

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating terms and conditions with various entities (utilities, municipalities, landowners, etc.).

• Drafting and revising contracts (leases, easements, etc.).

• Managing and coordinating various agreements (conduit, fiber, railroad, etc.).

• Overseeing the structure access request process.

• Managing existing agreements and related documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with 2-4 years in negotiation and contract management.

• Knowledge of land contracts and the land acquisition process.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, and Adobe Professional.

Bonus points for candidates with:

• Juris Doctor degree.

• Experience in telecommunications, fiber construction/installation, or related regulations.

• Familiarity with utility construction permits and telecom outside plant construction.

• SAP experience.
