Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee and manage all contractual agreements related to our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and optimize contract performance to support business objectives. The Contract Manager will play a key role in contract negotiation, execution, fulfillment and administration.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Organize and manage contract drafting and execution.
• Review construction contracts and agreements to ensure compliance, favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, track key milestones, and manage amendments and renewals.
• Oversee contract performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Ensure contractual agreements with contractors and suppliers align with project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, legal regulations, and risk management practices.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
