Purpose: As hybrid work becomes the global norm, IWG is experiencing a significant increase in demand from property owners and investors looking to partner with us to establish IWG workspaces within their buildings. This trend is accelerating the growth of our international network, spanning across multiple countries. To support this expansion, our Partnership Sales team in the Americas region is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to coordinate and finalize new Partnership contracts, as a Contract Completion Manager. Once the sales team secures agreement on key commercial terms, this individual will take the lead in shaping the final contract details and ensuring successful deal closure in close collaboration with our Group Legal team. This is a newly created role with strong potential for growth; if successful, the candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage all aspects of partnership deals to enable efficient and timely deal closures. * Collaborate closely with Partnership Growth Directors across the North America region and liaise with the Legal team to oversee and support the deal finalization process. * Address partner feedback and queries related to standard terms and conditions, either independently or alongside the relevant Partnership Growth Director * Ensure all necessary information is accurately prepared and submitted to the Legal team to facilitate timely legal review and approval. * Monitor and drive the successful completion of all partnership deals within the monthly pipeline, proactively identifying and escalating any potential obstacles. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across sales, legal, and other relevant teams. * Apply sound commercial judgment in all decision-making processes. * Operate independently while effectively identifying and communicating risks or issues to internal teams as needed. * Maintain and regularly update a central database of partnership agreements and deal summaries. Success: * Successfully managing the contract flow process for North America: * Draft from the Growth VP - checking for completeness * Submitting to the legal team * Tracking the stage of the deal * Ensuring all necessary documents are completed * Decreasing the time delays in opening tied to lack of document compliance * Streamlining the deal flow process Requirements: * A general understanding of leases with an aptitude to learn * Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Experience with leading through others, driving improved performance within an engaging and positive culture * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proven customer service experience with the ability to hold accountability, de-escalate and resolve conflict effectively, fantastic communicator. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations. * Organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paces growth environments. * Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. * Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong verbal and written communication skills * Preferred exposure to a CRM sales system * High School Diploma or equivalent * Legally eligible to work in the Country and at least 18 years old. * Other task as assigned based upon company need. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Detail-Oriented Multitasker: Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Commercial Contract Expertise: Brings a background in legal or procurement, with proven experience in negotiating the commercial and legal terms of B2B agreements, including navigating standard terms and ensuring swift deal closure. * High-Value Deal Experience: Experienced in reviewing and negotiating complex, high-value commercial contracts with confidence and precision. * Resilient Under Pressure: Thrives in high-volume, deadline-driven settings, maintaining quality and efficiency under pressure. * Effective Communicator: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with both internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working conditions and Physical effort: While performing the duties of this role, the Team Member will be required to engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, reaching, and efficiently operating a computer, phone, and other communication tools.
