Job Title: Contracts Manager III
Job Duration: 12 Months Contract – W2
Job Location: 50 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA 01810 (Hybrid)
Note:
Merc works on 9/80. Basic hours are 8-6, Mon – Thurs (9-hour days), Fridays alternate between 8-hour day and 9/80 flex Friday off.
Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in office desired

Description:
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors in business, Management, or other related field(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in Contract Administration/Business Management/Finance role with direct Government Defense or Prime customers.
- Experience with USG, Prime and Commercial contracts.
- Experience with standard defense contract types such as Cost Reimbursable (CR), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), etc. and with all phases of contracting from pre-solicitation through completion/termination and contract closeout.
- Familiarity with US Government regulations (FAR/DFARs) required with emphasis in acquisitions governed by Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services and Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
- Provide analytical, financial and negotiation skills. Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance, Secret or higher within 1 year of employment.
- US Citizenship required.
- Travel: As required, estimated less than 10%
