该职位来源于猎聘 To assist with Contracts management execution processes for AVEVA in Asia Pacific, including but not limited to preparing legal contracts and agreements, reviewing commercials (tender) documentation, identifying and analysing legal issues and risks and associated mitigation plans, attending contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and administer commercial contracts management execution for the APAC region.
• Communicate and work closely with the legal, finance and sales department on the negotiation of the relevant contracts.

Essential requirements

• Software Contract experience is a must have
• Possess Diploma from a recognized university/college.
• 2-3 years of relevant experiences
• Ability to work in fast paced environment to ensure that contracts and licenses for software products and services are issued or renewed on time
  
  

Desired skills

• A background in Commercial finance operations is an advantage
• No requirements for a legal qualification but diploma in law would be advantageous
• Software licensing experience preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English is an added advantage.
• Good in details and meticulous.
