Senior Product Consultant – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Agentic AI Systems

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Consultant with deep domain expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and a strong understanding of the evolving landscape of agentic AI and ML-driven contract automation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Solutions Consultant in the CLM or LegalTech space.

• Deep knowledge of contract workflows, clause libraries, metadata tagging, obligation management, and approval processes.

• Experience working with or at leading CLM vendors such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAI, etc.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and requirements documentation.

• Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in legal automation is a major plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.

• Prior consulting experience or working on IT transformation initiatives is a bonus.
