Role Description
This is a contract role for an IT Helpdesk Professional. The role is located in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The IT Helpdesk Professional will handle day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting IT issues, providing customer support, administering network systems, and ensuring network security. Responsibilities also include managing hardware and software, supporting cloud solutions, and working with various IT services.
Qualifications
This will start out as a part time (3 days a week) with potential to full time.
