CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter for a growing client in the automotive sector in the Plano area. As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring leaders across the organization, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-impact roles. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of corporate recruiting experience and a background in the automotive or auto insurance industries. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate-level roles across multiple departments including Sales, Operations, Accounting and Administration
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize consultative skills to deliver market insights and influence hiring decisions
• Source top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Prior experience recruiting in the automotive or auto insurance industry required

Compensation for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:

• Employment type: 3-6 month contract
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
• Salary/Pay: $29-30/hour, depending on experience
• Location: Hybrid (on site to learn business then WFH flexibility)
