We're hiring a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) to support capital and maintenance projects across a portfolio valued up to $400MM annually. In this role, you'll be the vital link between project teams and contractors-owning the contract administration process from execution through closeout. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance, resolving contractual issues, and keeping communication clear and consistent across all stakeholders. You'll collaborate regularly with legal, procurement, construction management, and other internal teams to ensure project success. Depending on the location of the successful candidate, this role may be filled in Houston, TX or Duluth, MN. What you'll be doing: * Prepare and manage contracts, exhibits, purchase orders, and change orders * Support contract negotiations and ensure contractor obligations are met * Review invoices, monitor compliance, and track contract-related documentation * Drive resolution of contractual issues and facilitate contract closeouts * Provide training and support on contract admin practices across teams * Participate in audits and maintain full document control and retention What we're looking for: * Bachelor's degree (engineering, business, legal, or similar), plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree, plus 7 - 10 years of experience * Strong background in construction contract administration-ideally within the energy sector * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Oracle * Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills * A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently If you're detail-driven, thrive in a team environment, and want to help deliver complex infrastructure projects with precision, please send your resume to Brandon at [email protected]. #LI-DNI
