What you’ll do as a Contract Compliance and Operations Manager

  • Manage and coordinate the contract review and approval process across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Review all contracts from an operational standpoint to identify potential risk point in order to inform bid and RFP responses
  • Ensure contract language aligns with company capabilities and subsidiary operations
  • Partner with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure contract terms are executable, consistent, and beneficial to all parties
  • Maintain a repository of contract templates and language standards for consistency
  • Track contract status and follow up to ensure timelines and milestones are met
  • Work closely with client contacts to clarify expectations, manage scope, and maintain alignment throughout the bidding process
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying common contract issues and developing process improvements
  • Develop subject matter expertise in subsidiary structures and how contract language impacts downstream operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Telecom and in contract administration, project management, or a related role
  • Deep understanding of contract terms, risk identification, and bid review processes
  • Strong operational background, with the ability to assess feasibility and downstream business impacts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally across legal, operations, and finance teams
  • Strong Excel/Smartsheet/Google sheet skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Routinely: sit, use keyboard and mouse, review documentation on screen and in print
  • Occasionally: attend on-site project meetings or vendor/client site visit
