Position Summary

The Contracts Analyst plays a key role in tracking and managing all pharmacy network contracts, supporting pharmacy accreditation efforts, and meeting other business compliance needs. This role partners with internal leaders, external partners, and legal counsel to ensure Curant Health maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, PBM networks, and Medicaid provider agreements.

This is a highly administrative role requiring excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The Contracts Analyst contributes meaningfully to operational success by supporting contract negotiations, document preparation, and overall project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders including the Sr. Director of Pharmacy Compliance & Contracting, Credentialing Coordinator, and C-Suite to maintain and distribute third-party agreements.
  • Track and manage contract-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles that may impact project goals.
  • Support contract negotiations with external partners and vendors.
  • Draft, review, and update contracts, contract briefs, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain the company’s provider directory and pharmacy networks.
  • Enroll pharmacies with State Medicaid agencies and Medicare Part B.
  • Respond to requests for licensing documents, payer contracts, and information packets.
  • Manage contract files and organize related records in a structured system.
  • Partner with legal counsel and executive leadership to ensure contract terms are appropriate.
  • Participate in billing audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
  • Assist with creating and updating operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the compliance and contracting teams.
  • Serve as backup for team members and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare or contract administration role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), or managed care (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting accreditation processes or contract compliance is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement or project coordination.
