We are looking for a Contract Administrator with both an understanding of the Federal Government Contracting process, Commercial Contracting process, and a basic understanding of accounting, finance and contracting principles. This individual will be integrated with the Contracts team but will work cross functionally to support other areas of the commercial business operations team as needed.
What You’ll Do…
You will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and retention of corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements and other tools utilized by the contracts department for effective Contract Management. This position will be responsible for establishing an effective means of contract retention, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the overall integration of proper contracting practices across a diverse organization.

Have 3+ years of experience working with Federal Government or Commercial requirements
Haveexperience in the following areas:
Conducting analysis and research into policy and best practices
Consulting with Federal Government or Commercial entities related to Contracts Management
Administration experience and handling of documentation
Experience working cross functionally within a diverse workforce.
Research of legal and statutory requirements
Working within a team.
Prioritizing high priority requirements to meet strict deadlines and objectives
Have ability to work in a multicultural environment
Are organized
Attitude and aptitude are key. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
It would be even better if you had experience with…
FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements
Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc….)
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.…)
Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
Interest and/or experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
Experience in mobile telecom space
