Working with our growing Darwin division you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.

THE ROLE

• Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
• Liaise with internal DDR team and external stakeholders
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and cash flows to the client
• Manage subcontractors from onboarding, contracts and claim assessments
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
• Prepare contract notifications and variations
• Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
• Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
  
  

About You

To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied contract administration role along with:

• An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
• Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
• Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
