They develop, they build, they deliver - and now they need a Contracts Administrator to keep the wheels turning.
About The Role
This is not your run-of-the-mill CA role. You’ll be the go-to expert for contracts, procurement and cost control on major $70M-$100M+ projects. Working closely with the Managing Director and Project Manager, you won’t be buried under layers of red tape - you’ll be front and centre, making real decisions that shape real projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own the contracts, costs and timelines.
Manage Variations and EOT’s.
Oversee the handover documentation, making sure nothing gets missed.
Keep a close eye on cost control and financial reporting for the project.
Coordinate with statutory authorities to secure all necessary approvals.
Assistance with the defect liability process.
What You Need to Succeed
3+ years wrangling contracts in multi-residential or commercial construction.
Confidence to work side-by-side with senior leadership and hold your own.
Strong understanding of construction processes and contracts.
Experience with Procore/Buildsoft and Job Pack highly regarded.
Construction Management degree is a bonus, but experience speaks volumes.
