We’re recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing infrastructure delivery team working across SEQ. This isn’t your average CA role. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and built for someone who knows how to navigate tough subcontractors, push back when timelines slip, and keep things moving commercially and practically.

The team is brilliant. Gritty, experienced, and they call it like they see it. If you like structure and polish this probably isn’t your gig. But if you’re calm under pressure, commercially sharp, and can hold your own without throwing your weight around you’ll be right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing subcontractor packages across active infrastructure delivery programs
• Assessing and preparing variations, EOTs, and payment claims
• Working closely with site teams to track delivery vs contract timelines
• Maintaining accurate commercial documentation and risk registers
• Helping resolve disputes and negotiate scope changes in a practical, fair way

What You’ll Bring:

• Several years’ experience in infrastructure or maintenance contract admin roles
• A cool head and strong communication skills no ego required, just confidence
• Experience working in a delivery-facing role with subcontractor engagement
• Solid understanding of construction contracts
• Comfortable working site-based or hybrid with frequent face time in the field
