Reporting directly to the CI manager, this position will help identify, coordinate and implement improvement and standardization initiatives for their processes. In doing so, they will be expected to consult and coordinate a broad range of stakeholders, including internal management, global/regional IT, local country leadership and other global/regional process owners.

For above activities, this position will assist the CI Manager in ensuring that change initiatives are correctly communicated and approved. The Process Owners will also ensure that process maps and SOPs go through the correct change request process, are updated and archived.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
The execution of the CI governance as per agreed roles and responsibilities: ideas and project management, monitor status of projects in execution, coach projects leads and project members on PM and CI methodology.
Identify improvement and standardization opportunities through regular calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders; focus groups, workshops organized as per yearly roadmap. Record and prioritize opportunities. Liase with regional and global process owners and governance committees for approval on priorities to move implement.
Support CI Manager in developing yearly and quarterly implementation roadmap for all processes no later than 3 months after start of BAU: run process assessment to determine priority on Standardization plan, conduct gap analysis for selected processes, support Operations in defining plan to close all gaps.
Work with regional process owners to develop detailed plans for each improvement initiative. Develop detailed plans, budgets and resource requirements. Support CI Manager in gaining approval from appropriate governance committees
Ensure that full communication and change management plans are in place and executed for all initiatives. This includes ensuring correct training is carried out.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a relevant workstream environment
Strong project and change management skills, familiarity with project management approaches and tools required
Strong communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and ability to influence others towards a common goal required
Active listening skills and ability to manage upwards and negotiate between conflicting stakeholders
Experience of identifying and implementing process and/or technology changes within a relevant workstream environment to improve efficiency or quality
In-depth and demonstrable knowledge of their specific workstream process
Lean Six Sigma trained
