Summary: We're seeking an Industrial Engineer to spearhead innovation and operational excellence across our integrated 3PL operations. This strategic role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements in one of leading transportation and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design and implement comprehensive process optimization strategies across warehousing, material handling, and transportation operations
- Lead the development of innovative material flow solutions and facility layouts to maximize operational efficiency
- Develop and implement metrics, KPI’s and engineered labor standards for specific operations
- Perform cost/benefit analysis and develop ROI business cases for recommended projects involving process, system or technology change
- Develop sophisticated capacity planning models and workforce optimization strategies to support customer initiatives and regional network
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute data-driven improvement initiatives and develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Create, maintain and deliver technical training and change management support to ensure successful implementation of business solutions
- Work with leadership team to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee process improvement implementation including budget development, resource assignment and project management to meet deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related engineering field
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in 3PL or a complex logistics environment
- Expert proficiency in MS Office applications, data analytics tools, simulation software, and project management methodologies
- Experience as a project manager and leading teams
- Must be a self-starter, that works independently, with minimal supervision
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven results
- Project management experience required in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or 3PL industry, with knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling technologies
- Track record of successful implementations
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to emerging technologies
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Compensation
- Base Salary - $110K-$130K
