What Success Looks Like

  • Responsible for the management and implementation of continuous improvement, including policy deployment, workplace organization, autonomous maintenance, standard work, daily management, Lean-Six Sigma, and development
  • Develop and train personnel in the use of Value Stream Mapping with a focus on lead time and working capital reductions in all Value Streams.
  • Manage, train and administer Continuous Improvement Lean-Six Sigma methods and culture throughout the organization
  • Identify, conceptualize and design new processes and equipment, modify existing designs, and improve production techniques. Work with all levels of plant personnel and within structural groups.
  • Establish and maintain clear, visual project schedules and demonstration story boards; prepare/complete reports and presentations as required.
  • Design, develop, and implement machine and/or tooling modifications as needed to meet or exceed company production targets.

Your Credentials

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience a must.
  • Certification in Lean Instructor and/or Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • High level PLC programming/troubleshooting.

The rate of pay for this position is $65,000- $90,000 commensurate with experience, plus applicable bonus.
